Kaiser Aluminium is aluminum Profiles System House. Established in 2007 from a simple concept of supply and demand, a high standard German Engineered system was to be integrated into the regional market of the Arabian Peninsula.
Targeting the existing gap of internationally designed systems modifying their current product line to suit the market needs, Kaiser Aluminium initiated designing a system based on region & market requirements. The high technological standards, rigorous system considerations and quality processing of the products, as well as comprehensive services and consultation, all make a significant contribution to the success of the brand.
WICONA was founded in 1948 as a business division of Wieland Werke in Ulm. All activities in the areas of research, development, marketing, sales and services are coordinated at the headquarters in Ulm. Solutions for the future are developed and tested in the WICONA technology centre.
The modern logistics centre in Gerstungen guarantees the punctual delivery to customers of the whole range of profiles, accessories, fittings and processing equipment. Linked "wall-to-wall" with the centre is a state-of-the-art powder-coating plant for the surface treatment of WICONA profiles.

3 GULF EXTRUSSION
Gulf Extrusions, a member of the Alghurair Group of Companies, is one of the largest extrusion plants in the Gulf with more than 25 years history of top quality production. Located at Jebel Ali, it is close to its raw material supplier, Dubai Aluminium Company Ltd., (DUBAL) and minutes away from one of the busiest sea ports in the Gulf.
The plant is designed to produce aluminium sections in mill, silver and color anodized (spectrum colors), gold dyed and powder coated finishes.
The modern processing equipment and techniques permit the company to produce a range of over 7,000 profiles. These vary from rchitectural sections to components for household items, AC grills and customized products.
Nearly 70% of the output generated by Gulf Extrusions is used in the local market to support the building and construction projects. The export markets include South East Asia, The GCC countries, Europe and Canada.

4.ELITE
Elite Extrusion LLC, set up in the sprawling 50000 square meter campus, is the most modern and contemporary Aluminium Extrusion manufacturing facility in the whole region. The State of the art European press and handling system has an 8" diameter container size. The press is dovetailed with latest generation balancing equipment.
To provide one stop shop for the growing needs of the discerning architectural end use customers, fully equipped finishing lines are supplemented. This includes a modern high capacity vertical Powder Coating line and Anodizing line.
The company has a documented Quality Management system and is certified to ISO 9001: 2000. The Qualicoat / Qualanod certificates for powder coating I anodizing are under process.
