The air intake pipe was made for QP to control buildings in Dukhan. The purpose of_ this air intake pipe is to exhaust the hot air inside the building to the atmosphere after filtering it.

The pipe is of 36" dia and 8m. length. It is a schedule 40pipe and the wall thickness is 19mm. There is a chimney on the top to cover the opening and to provide the accumulation of dust into the pipe.

The main contractor for the work is "Kranks Engineering" and the client was "Qatar Petroleum".
